Charlotte is a Residential Conveyancer based at the Solihull office, with over 10 years of experience in residential property. Having started her career as a receptionist, she now handles a wide range of matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

She is committed to delivering excellent client care, consistently exceeding expectations, and is known as a bright, enthusiastic, and approachable member of the team

Saqib is a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing Department with over two years of experience in residential property matters. He has developed a solid understanding of the conveyancing process, particularly in handling sales files and supporting purchase transactions.

Saqib is dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient service, ensuring that clients and agents are kept regularly informed throughout each stage of the transaction. His proactive approach and attention to detail help to keep matters progressing as seamlessly as possible.

Zhanna is a Russian-qualified lawyer who holds a PhD in Law and has successfully passed SQE1 as part of her progression towards qualification in England and Wales.

She has over a decade of experience working in civil and commercial matters and has developed expertise in residential conveyancing. Her experience includes supporting transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including both sales and purchases.

Her enthusiasm for the sector led her to join NPS Law in 2025 at its inception, initially as an Administrator. She has since progressed to the role of New Business Team Leader.

Sadia Malik Murray

Biography

Sadia has been with NPS since August 2025 as a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor and is based at the firm’s Canary Wharf office in London.

She has extensive experience in freehold and leasehold purchase and sale transactions, as well as matters involving the Building Safety Act, bridging finance, auction sales and purchases, back-to-back and sub-sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy redemptions.

Currently working within the property department, Sadia is enjoying the opportunity to continue her professional development in this area and further expand her knowledge.

During her time in city law firms, she has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of excellent client service. She understands that property transactions can be stressful for clients and is committed to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

She brings over 15 years of experience in the property sector, having previously worked as a paralegal before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019. Over the years, she has gained invaluable insight into the conveyancing process and has witnessed numerous changes within the industry, broadening her expertise.

Outside of work, if she were not a Solicitor, she would be exploring the world, travelling from one destination to another.

Hamza is a CILEx Trainee Lawyer and Team Leader of the Middlesbrough office at NPS Law, bringing a distinctive professional background as a former architect. This dual expertise enables him to approach conveyancing with a highly analytical, detail-driven mindset, ensuring precision and clarity at every stage of a transaction.

He has a particular specialism in shared ownership and new-build matters, where his architectural experience provides valuable depth of understanding in relation to Building Safety Act (BSA) considerations from both a design and structural perspective.

His practice encompasses a broad range of residential property work, including right-to-buy transactions, auction sales, freehold and leasehold matters, and remortgages. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to delivering a seamless and efficient service, offering clients confidence that their transactions are managed to the highest professional standard.
